Professional Soccer in Mississauga is Here!

With the announcement by the Canadian Soccer League in October 2010 that Erin Mills Soccer Club was approved to join the league for the 2011 season with a new men’s professional soccer team, the wheels were put in motion for the creation of the Mississauga Eagles FC. EMSC President Susan Rossiter said. “With the visionary direction and leadership provided by both the CSL and Erin Mills Soccer Club, I am encouraged that Mississauga FC will quickly become a winning addition to the vibrant sports and entertainment industry in Mississauga, while providing the youth of our community with the top level training and development programs essential for Canada to compete successfully at the international level.”
